Description

"Rx" is the prescribed workout for athletes in a CrossFit class. But that doesn't mean that everyone should be doing the Rx version. 

In this episode, we talk about properly scaling, or modifying, workouts so that you can challenge yourself but also come back again the next day. 

No one cares if you Rx the workout. What we care about is that you came in, gave it your best, tried your best to hit the workout stimulus, and can come back again tomorrow to do it all over again. 

A full month of workouts at 70% will trump sporadic workouts at 100% where you need multiple days to recover before coming back again.
