Description

Fight flight or freeze are an automatic response that we have been conditioned to use over the history of humanity. I would argue that in today’s day and age this response is unnecessary most of the time. Even though I believe this I am also aware that our patterns are strong. Even though this response is no longer necessary our bodies and minds love things that are familiar So we continue to go there even though it may be at our detriment. In this episode I share some tools and coping mechanisms that have helped me bring myself back once I’ve entered this state of mind. I hope this helps.
