Hello my friend, 

Welcome to Day 2 of the 7 days of meditation under 7 minutes series 🎉 Thank you for joining me! 

Today's 7-minute meditation starts with focusing on the exhale as we breath deeply. Inhale through the nose, exhale deeply from the mouth! Let it all go! Adding the sound "HA" as we breathe out magnifies the release of stagnancy and allows us to make space for new experiences. Then we ask ourself the question "What do I want for myself and others?". Connecting with our self by asking our true desires to come to us.  We continue with the Sanskrit mantra "Aham", translating in English as "I am". We close our meditation with the intention: "I release all that is no longer serving me."
