Hello, hello, hello! It’s Day 4 🎉

Today we transform ❇️♻️✳️

We settle in today’s 7-minute meditation by introducing the pause ⏸ into the 5-count breathing method. Then we ask ourself silently “How can I best serve myself and others?“. For a Sanskrit mantra today we use the word “OM”, the sound of the Universe. And we close our meditation with the intention: “I am whole, I am healed.”
