Welcome to Day 5, my friend 🙏 Today we celebrate 🎉

Today’s 7-minute meditation starts with some belly breathing. Then we ask ourself silently “How can my unique talents best serve me and others?“. For a Sanskrit mantra today we use the word “Om Bhavam Namah”. If it feels more comfortable to use the English phrase "I exist" for your mantra today, choose that. And we close our meditation with the intention: “I celebrate the very probability of my existence.”
