Welcome to Day 6, my friend 🙏 Today we are at peace ☮️ 

Today’s 7-minute meditation starts with a little bit of the 3-step breathing. Step 1: Inhale expand the lungs, the chest. 

Step 2: Continue the inhale and fill the belly with air. 

Step 3: Exhale slowly and relax the body.

Then we ask ourself silently “What am I grateful for?“. For a Sanskrit mantra today we use the word “Om Shanti”. You can also use the English phrase "I am peace" if it serves you better. And we close our meditation with the intention: “My heart is full with peace and grace.”
