Description

A guided peaceful meditation which helps us come back and remember out True Self with the universal sound OM. It brings balance and centers you in the present moment in the midst of turbulent and changing times. 

We start with the self-reflective questions "Who am I?" and "What am I grateful for?" Then the meditation offers out-loud chanting as well as silent repetition giving you the opportunity to listen to your body and give it the best it needs in this moment. As we move release the repetition of OM we visualize its benefits rippling out. We complete the meditation experience with setting intentions for perfect health!
