Aarthi is an Engineer turned HR professional turned arts entrepreneur. She is a mother to a 6 year old and the founder and chief artist of The Colour Company. TCC is a firm that deals with handmade homedecor and lifestyle products, personalised gifting and kids decor and educational product. They are also big in the workshop space, where they teach art to anyone who has an interest in creating art ! Aarthi, who is an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur runs her HR consulting practice and is a senior professional in the industry. She is very passionate about enabling women at work, and works a lot in the area of Diversity & Inclusion.
