Chef Payal is a professional chef born & raised in the city of Chennai. With 5 years of experience with the Oberoi group of hotels, she decided to start her own venture The Gournet Gig. It is a chef-led dining experience that she would like the people of chennai to experience right in the comfort of their home. She loves creating off beat menus, pushing the boundaries of flavour pairings & learning new skills and techniques along the way.
