Michael is a former pastor of 10+ years, a West Point graduate, and a father of 5 "third culture" kids. Born and raised in Alabama, he attended West Point to play football and after some dark times after graduation, he found god, and eventually moved to Portugal, where he lived for 10 years as an Evangelical pastor. After over a decade in Portugal, he's back in the States. His story is unique to say the least and offers a really interesting perspective from a parenting side of raising 5 kids both in the States and Europe, among other things.
