Description

In this weeks episode, the audience submitted responses around their experiences with perfectionism. Briana and Ben analyze and discuss the definition and symptoms of perfectionism. Briana then explains the different causes behind perfectionism and tips on how to overcome it.  Briana offers expert insight and advice and Ben pursues follow up questions as well as adding in anecdotal experience.

Briana has her Masters in Mental Health Counseling and is currently a clinician working in Boston, MA. Ben is a content creator and producer residing in Los Angeles, CA.
