Description

For the Season 2 premier of Cake and Conversation, chef Xavier and I sat down at my dining room table and shared cherry pie and ice cream while discussing his life growing up in Maryland and what motivated him to get into such a demanding and stressful career field. We also discuss influences, where he learned his discipline from, and the irony of why so many people in the industry tend to not care for large groups of people even though are livelihood revolves around it.
