About Mr Balpreet!
Balpreet Singh, has studied MBA from IIM Kozhikode ( batch of 2005) and B.E ( Mechanical) in 2001 from REC Roukela ( now called NIT). He has a professional experience of 17 plus years. In his stint in corporate, Balpreet has worked in Consulting firms like SAP and Bristlecone where he consulted global clients across industry verticals, processes, geographies & cultures.
Balpreet has proven track record across varied roles & responsibilities including Digital Strategy Roadmap and Implementation, Stakeholder Management , Team Leadership & Program Management.
Earlier in his career, He was also involved in a start up in education sector called Career Compass. He has keen interest in Mentoring and grooming students and young professionals. Balpreet is also member of board of studies for an autonomous college in Mumbai helping them frame their own syllabus for management department.
Currently Balpreet works at Reliance Industries Limited, as Asst Vice President in the IT department. He is managing the Delivery of Digital Transformation Initiatives for internal customers. Prior to this he was also part of a multi year Business Transformation Program. He joined RIL in 2011 as part of Accelerated Leadership Program(RALP) which had a selection ratio of 2%. Later in 2015 he was selected in the first batch of Career Acceleration Program(CAP) which had a selection ratio of 3%.
