It never feels great to receive critical feedback, right?
But honestly, if we’re not open to giving or receiving constructive criticism then we’re saying that we’re comfortable with blind spots.
And blind spots leave you weak.
Personally, I’d rather receive constructive feedback and IMPROVE my weaknesses than learn to live with them.
