Katie is a fitness coach who is certified in both nutrition and personal training. When it comes to fitness, Katie is all about taking her clients through an individualized approach. Each person and every body is unique and will have different needs. The best fitness plan is one that's sustainable, so Katie helps design one that works specifically with you. Outside of fitness, Katie is also a wife and a mom of two. I know that whether it's with fitness or with her other aspirations that she will be doing great things. Katie has a great internal work ethic and drive. I'm glad that I'm able to call her a friend and I cannot wait to see what the future has in store for her.
