Will: Usually in contraction form 'll - is often used to make an offer to do something.

Ex: I'll go to the store with you.

Well: indicates what you plan to say next may need some explanation.

Ex: Are you okay? - Well, yes, bu I was upset at the time, and I really didn't mean everything I said.

Dude: an informal, friendly way of calling a male friend or acquaintance instead of use his name. 

Ex: Dude, what time are we leaving tomorrow?

Basically: indicates a summarized or generalized opinion.

Ex: Basically, he's the worst teacher in the whole school.

Actually: indicates that the speaker is telling the truth, even if it is surprising.

Ex: Are you moving? - Actually, I am!

Really: is a way of asking if what was said was the truth.

Ex: I'm not going to study tonight. - Really? I though you had a test tomorrow.
