Description

Phases we experience in our lives can be viewed as 'seasons'. This framework allows us to look at periods of great difficulty (Winter) or great happiness (Summer) as transient and temporary. When we accept this temporary nature, we can approach life with a different perspective, one that can be extremely helpful - whether it's creating resilience in the hard times or generating more presence and peace in the good times.

Brian O'Loughlin joins me to discuss this framework, where we've used it in our own lives, and how we can all develop this skill as we grow.
