Fergus Kerrigan is a founder and owner of Ethos CBD, an Irish company creating a range of CBD based products for wellness, including oils, teas and balms. After suffering with some health issues that led him down the path of functional medicine, Fergus decided to build Ethos with his partner Amy, and he joins me today to explain that journey, and to give us a detailed explanation of the world of CBD, what it is, how it’s made, and how it can offer amazing health benefits by working on what is called the endocannabinoid system in our bodies.
