Description

When I encountered Carlo, he was a very humble pizza chef, very creative and very concentrated on his job.  I knew he had something special, he was gifted with many talents such as creativity, determination, leadership but above all, he was aware of his surroundings. 

Now I can see why he was looking at every single detail when he was working with me.

Now he is a pizza chef in Vancouver and he has developed his new business which focuses on helping and teaching other businesses how to use the power of social media platforms to drive customers in their restaurants and such. 

Dig-deep into his content, because Carlo loves to teach and he does so for free on his community 

While he said, he was wasting time working for perfection, he created his motto: "Progress no perfection".
