This amazing home baker has started her journey in sourdough not long ago, but the history of baking comes from far back when her mum used to bake fresh yeasted bread in Slovakia. the memories of those times have stayed with her since then and now she bakes for family and close friends.
she has been inspired by many bakers, some from Brno in the Czech Republic and she talks about how good are the recipes of the famous San Francisco's baker Chad Robertson.
