Candace Kluba said before my loss I looked on the bright side of things and after, I had a hard time feeling or being positive. Now I am very passionate about helping others heal by using mindfulness. She said several years ago I felt I was healed in the sense that I was not angry all the time. I did not have the depleting emotions all the time. I attended a class during a conference which sparked me to start studying mindfulness. Candace has learned to heal herself more deeply and is now helping others do the same. She said I use mindfulness to face and feel all my emotions which has made a world of difference.
We had a great conversation about a form of exercise that she leads others through that helps align your mind, body and heart called IntenSati. IntenSati is mindful movements with affirmation, and it creates connections between your thoughts, words, and actions. Also, Candace described a favorite tool she uses called RAIN that has helped her daily with her emotions. Below are links to videos to help you learn more about both tips Candace has used to help her on her journey of loss.
