The pandemic turned everyone’s life upside down. Many of us lacked physical touch during isolation and from keeping a distance from our loved ones. Gone were handshakes and hugs. In the last two years, we lost a lot of the physical touch that feeds our souls.

We now have the opportunity to be more social and allow more touch into our lives. While we enjoy the return of the moments that allow us to give high-fives, hugs, and pats on the back, we can also explore ways that we can bring physical touch to our lives by ourselves.

When we have physical touch in our life, it allows us to feel nurtured. Let’s explore all the ways we can bring more touch to our lives in our everyday practices!
