Subject: Spiritual Healing And Deliverance The Result Of The Sent Word!
Text: Psalms 107:1-43 KJV. Remember healing is both physically and Spiritually! So what about the spiritual analogy, when a sick soul has no appetite for the milk or meat of God’s word, it shows that spiritual death is near. This be the case then surely physical death is just around the corner awaiting an opportunity to pounce on the weak in the faith and what the Word of God says!
As usual! We may pray about our bodily pains and weaknesses, and we may look for and turn to others for answers too. “When we have no appetite for meat or physical healing we should pray that we may have an appetite for prayer.” (Spurgeon)
The Psalmist David said! Then they cried out to the LORD in their trouble: just like he had repeated it before in Psalms 107:6, 13 KJV. Even when God’s people are in trouble because of their own wrongdoing, and self inflicted wounds. God answers when they cry out unto Him. Jeremiah 33:3 KJV.
What happened? David said! He sent His word Psalms 107:20 KJV, and healed them: What? You mean They were healed by the power of God’s Word? This should remind us of the many times Jesus healed people simply by speaking a Word! Matthew 8:2-3, 5-8, 13-17, 28-34 KJV. Because He was the Living Word, full of grace and truth! According to Your Word Lord in the Book Of Psalms 107:19 KJV. These Your sick and afflicted people were delivered from their destructions by Your powerful word God! 20. He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions. (As a result, we are promised Spiritual Healing And Deliverance).
