Are you a warrior? Do you fight for the underdog? Yesterday I sat for 10 min working on my internal emotions and thoughts. Quietly I was telling my body that it didn't need what it wanted. And it was 10 min. I won. The warrior in me didn't want my body to win. I was determined to not eat that candy bar. It was my internal emotions and thought patterns that were screaming for a fix!
