I remember talking about the same thoughts we have every day yesterday. In other words, 95% of what we think about today is the same thing we thought about yesterday. And I also remember saying that if you don't change that you're not going to be a different person. I also remember saying that happiness is a choice, which means I don't wait for happiness to show up. I actually choose to be happy based on what's happening. Like I was happy I woke up this morning, I was happy to be able to eat breakfast this morning. I was happy to be able to drive my truck to work today. And I was also happy that it was raining today, even though I might not like rain. And sometimes my truck doesn't always work well. And sometimes I don't even like what I'm having for breakfast. I'm still choosing, I'm not overly happy. But it's like it's not mundane. If I just don't pay attention to things, then they're just like, average or mundane. No, I'm choosing to enjoy them. Not the same thing as being grateful because we also want to choose that also, I am grateful for things, but I'm talking about happiness. I'm just happy. And the more happiness that I choose, my brain will predict more happiness in the future. Also, it's kind of weird. So practice choosing happiness more often. Be happy about the things that you can be happy about, and choose to be happy. Hi, love you. I'm Dan Clark.
