Do you journal? I journal a lot. Journaling helps you got to know YOU! I write about my future, also. I only journal things that are true, without the details or opinions. Facts are true. Occasionally I need to journal about a bad experience. I use a separate piece of paper, write all my thoughts and then throw that paper away.
