Being emotional is not the same as experiencing emotions. Drama is being emotional, feeling sad, happy or hurt is being present in the moment. Choosing to feel the emotions in the moment is not the same as reacting to the moment. If we slow down, we can choose to feel the emotions and choose to be present. I know that sounds more difficult, but it really has a lot of rewards. When you choose to slow down and have space for feeling, not talking. life evolves as more calm and there's a lot less chaos. It also helps you make wiser choices and you're actually experiencing life fully because the emotions are meant to be experienced. I love you. I'm Dan Clark.
