I just read something that's fascinating. It's called happiness triggers. Now I've read this before, but I wasn't thinking about it for a while. Happiness triggers are when you know things that make you happy, like a hug or clean sheets or a clean house or, you know, not a rainy day or a sunny day or things that viscerally make you super happy, like spending time with friends or whatever those things are happiness triggers. And if we know what they are, and we try to build them into our life, then that makes things a lot better for you. I mean, I know what some of mine are. What are your happiness triggers? What are the things that really make you feel good about the day and maybe we should try to build those in more often into our day. Hi, love you. I'm Dan Clark.
