We've been talking about emotional intelligence. Hello, I'm Dan Clark and welcome. And let me remind you that emotional intelligence means that we are able to recognize the variety of emotions that we're experiencing. For example, when we feel resentful, or remorseful, or when we feel mad or melancholy, are when we feel sorrowful or stressed, or when we feel unmotivated or hopeless, when we feel unhappy or displeasure, or when we are distressed or distracted, or we have this bitter sweetness, emotion, because emotions are so powerful, they actually influence so much about our health and the way that we live our life. This week, grab again, a list of emotions, and pay attention to the ones that you notice that you're experiencing, and practice recognizing them. It will truly increase the way that you are experiencing and feeling about life. I love you. I'm Dan Clark.
