Description

It's 4am and I can't sleep. I know you've been here before where your mind is just racing and it won't stop those monkey mind thoughts. I know this happens to you also. So we all do this. I want to know what you do when this happens. But I do as I get out of bed if I can't stop it within 10 minutes or so because I want to do something different. I want to redirect my brain and focus on something else because I don't want to have these same thoughts. I usually get up and do something like read. The mind is a busy place all the time.
