When you lift weights and exercise consistently, you actually strengthen the muscles. Just as with any exercise, your brain is the same and you can strengthen the muscle of your brain because it actually is a muscle. Here's the downside. If you are remembering something the same way every single time, that is just like muscle memory. And you can actually change muscle memory, whether it would be in your arms, your legs or your fingers, like playing the piano, or riding a bike or exercising, and you can change the same type of thing in your brain, you can change the muscle memory, it takes a little more effort, because it's internalized. It's not actually something that you can see physically. However, this understanding of how your brain functions is fascinating. And choosing to begin to change the way your brain functions can be quite daunting and it is very possible. All of us at some point have decided to change your mind about something. And I believe it's time for us to begin to change our mind about how we feel about ourselves. So the muscle of I don't like who I am needs to become I liked who I'm becoming that is actually exercising, changing the muscle brain. I love you. I'm Dan Clark.
