Self-awareness can be a potent skill, knowing that in all circumstances, there is a way to handle what is happening around us. Yes, that means that we're self-awareness and self-conscious. Self-conscious means that we're aware that someone's watching us and that we are somewhat modifying our behavior because they are. But self-awareness is the confidence that we can handle everything that shows up, that we are aware of what's happening around us and how those things influence us, and that we can take those circumstances.
