Everyone reacts in different ways to things that are happening around them. However, one of the best ways to create happiness is to learn to not react. That's called the silence. This week, we're going to be practicing talking about happiness, silence, enlightenment, and how to rewire our brain. So today, think about how it would be if you were speaking less if you took more distance between reacting to something that was happening, and actually talking about what you needed to say that silence is golden. So practice silence today between the things that you're experiencing and what you're actually saying about them. I love you. I'm Dan Clark.
