I have a great idea. Hello, Dan Clark and welcome. Yes. Here's a fantastic idea. How about starting small, you know tiny habits or doing things in a way that you really learn how to do them very well. Why would you break into a really big task that you're going to fail at? So start small. stop digging your heels in and not doing something that you know you're supposed to or that you want to do. It's not really that big of a struggle. It's not even really that big of a commitment. Just start small. Do a meditation, do an exercise, sit quietly for five or six minutes at a time. Start writing that book or writing that journal. Call that person do the things that you know you need to do, and do them in a small way. Really is not that difficult. Just start small. Hi, love you. I'm Dan Clark.
