Taking breaks is so refreshing. Research has shown that when you take breaks you are actually resetting your brain. I practiced this today. I took a break every 55 min and it worked. I feel so much more energy and more productive. Getting out of my chair, drinking water, stretching, and going outside are things I did. Practice taking more breaks today!
