It's called The Five Minute Rule. Hello, Dan Clark and welcome. Our technology has taken away from us the moments of just being silent and doing nothing. So I've been thinking about the five minute rule. Well, the five minute rule is this once a day, take five minutes and just stop what you're doing. And look around you. And actually notice, I mean, really notice the world around you. What do you see? What do you notice? What is it that's going on around you? How do you feel? What are the thoughts you have about yourself? What are you thinking about the things that you see? I know that there is so many things happening in this world, that we're always thinking about things that are happening out around us, but do you really notice your world? Today? Please notice your world and be aware of the wonderful things that are around you, and be thankful for being alive. I llove you. I'm Dan Clark.
