This week, we're going to be talking about motivation. Some of the most beautiful things I've ever accomplished were because I was motivated. And however, some days I'm just not motivated at all, even doing just the basic stuff of life, you know, like doing daily things that need to be taken care of. Now, motivation is always related to energy. But also, some other stuff is motivating. For example, there are four kinds of motivation, and we'll talk about these this week. The first is fear. There's the motivation of social; there's a powerful motivation. And then there's a success, motivation, or external reward motivation. We'll be talking about this week, and I want you to be thinking about what kind of things truly motivate you. And when you're not motivated. Why you're not motivated is because something always motivates us. Remember, every behavior that we do has a motivation behind it. I love you. I'm Dan Clark.
