I want to know how you wake up. Now. I am 63. And when I wake up, for the most part, I open my eyes and I'm awake immediately. Not always true. But in my life, I also know some individuals that are siblings and people that I know that don't wake up that well, right when they wake up. They're kind of groggy, and it takes them a while to get acclimated to the day. Now, some of that's just who you are as a person how your body functions, and some of it is choice, right? If you're not excited about the day, it's going to be more difficult to wake up, don't you remember being a child, and Christmas or whatever it was, it was coming up like at a sporting sporting event, and you're excited about it, you couldn't sleep when you woke up, even though you only got about three or four hours of sleep that you are totally awake and ready to go. That energy is actually possible whenever you want it to be because it's about a choice. It's about learning to lean into the energy that's always on the inside of you. That's a high level of expectation. If you want to raise the energy on the inside of you, raise the level of expectation, expect things to go well enjoy life, speak more positive about the things that are happening around you. And I promise you'll wake up more alive and bright and you'll have a much better day. I love you. I'm Dan Clark.
