There's always something about you that's evolving. Because you wearing different clothes, eating different food, going through different stores. I mean, things are always changing about us. And even though we don't notice the change, we are actually always changing. Here's the most fascinating part about that. You can choose the kind of change that you want. Yes, that's simply called in focus or being intentional. Now I do that consistently, thinking about who I want to become thinking about what I want to change about myself and being intentional or focused about the skills that I want to learn to become a better man, a better dad, a better coach, or whatever else I want to be practicing. And the more I practice those things, they just naturally integrate into my real life.
