I want to know what the story is that you're saying to yourself about your life. That's because the story you say to yourself about what's happening is directly related to the level of happiness that you have. The story that you say to yourself about you, is also directly related to the joy that you have. So the things that you say to yourself about the circumstances that are happening, and about the way you think about yourself, will dictate the amount of joy that you have. That means that your story is very powerful. So rewriting your story isn't that hard. It's just about paying attention to what you're saying to yourself. What do you believe to be true about things that are happening around you? Is the world safe? Are people against you? Does everything never go your way? Do you feel like you're always losing instead of gaining? Is it the fact that no matter how hard you try, you're never going to be a better person that you always do things the wrong way. That's the kind of story that doesn't create happiness and joy. So let's start rewriting the story about the circumstances that we experience and rewriting the story about what we say to ourselves about ourselves. Hi, love you. I'm Dan Clark.
