Where does anxiety come from? I have discovered that anxiety is unprocessed energy. Or another way to say it is, anxiety is words you have not spoken. Learning to talk about what you experienced and not what happened releases the energy inside you. Journaling, and or talking about what you were experiencing moves the energy away from you. In a  severe anxiety attack, the energy inside you is in control and you are not. Often the feeling you going to die is related to not being able to control it.
