Wouldn't you like to be more positive? Wouldn't you like to smile more and have more joy? Well, here's an idea. How about noticing the things you like more often in the world than you dislike? This week, we're going to discuss raising our energy to talk and become more positivetalk and learning to focus on the things that we like or enjoy. That's because when we are always focused on what's wrong, we're not noticing the things that are more enjoyable about what we like. And we will see things like the beautiful sunshine, that pretty car, how nice that house looks, or when someone does something nice. But even when things aren't going well, there is something to like, and I want to start focusing on that with you this week. So this week, we're going to be noticing the things that we like more often. So this week, I want you to think about what you like that's happening around you more often. I love you. I'm Dan Clark.
