Description

Recorded on 10 March 2022 for ICMDA Webinars.

Health System Strengthening (HSS) is the banner and rally cry for building resilience and improving timely access to quality health services for those most in need. In this webinar, we will review definitions of HSS; outline critical processes used by donors, partners, and authorities; and build a shared vision of success based on impact and scale. We will identify how Christians offer unique value to HSS efforts due to our scale, our unique voice for holistic health, and our ability to integrate the church and community with the work of health facilities. We will draw from Nehemiah’s experience rebuilding Jerusalem for inspiration.
