Tune in to episode 14 of The Hiemland where we catch up with Danee Voss, a recent graduate from the dietetics program at the College of Saint Benedict in central Minnesota.  In this episode, Danee talks about the diverging lenses  of seeing meal prep and cooking as a science and as a sensory experience.  In addition to her perspective on food, we also talk to her about her advocacy for social justice and climate change issues.  We are excited to share Danee’s stories as they stimulated both our minds and our appetites.
