Leadership is hard. While the task of leadership seems daunting, one thing that can really help is to breakdown leadership into smaller, more accessible, categories. This is where transformational leadership, and other leadership theories, come into play. Transformational leadership is defined as "Producing Change and Building Lives through Authenticity, Inspiration, Empathy, and Innovation." By approaching leadership through this lens, leaders can better develop more leaders, and lead in a people-centric way.
