In the first episode of the Keyholder Meditation Course, Tony explains its weekly two-episode scheduling format, and its two-pronged approach of Meditation Technique and Practical Everyday Life Application.

Tony talks about the scope of the course and its practical benefits for your life. He also shares his background as a meditation practitioner and teacher, along with some of his own personal experiences. Episode 1 concludes with a brief meditation excerpted from Episode 2’s full meditation session.
