Episode 2 is the first full guided session in the Keyholder Meditation Course. It introduces basic elements of meditation including posture, stillness, inner silence, body awareness, following the breath, stability, and the basic meditative qualities of patience, acceptance, composure, and equanimity. All guided meditation sessions have six segments of varying lengths so you can continue through the entire session or stop after any segment depending on the time you have available to meditate.
(Note: Those who are under medical care or have mental health concerns should consult with their medical professional or counselor before engaging in practices that relax the mind and body, such as Meditation, Yoga, Tai Chi, etc.)
