In the third episode of the Keyholder Meditation Course, we begin with the idea that every meditation session will start with setting the foundation ---

with the elements of posture, breathing, stillness,

inner silence, sensing the body, and stability.

And in each meditation session we will be adding a new meditation technique and a new practical application to bring into our everyday life.

And so the first new technique we will add

will be a body scan. And as for our meditation connection, our very first application topic will be bringing the basic meditative qualities of patience, acceptance, composure, and equanimity into our body scan, which will prepare us to bring them fully into our everyday life (which will do in our next session.)

(Note: Those who are under medical care or have mental health concerns should consult with their medical professional or counselor before engaging in practices that relax the mind and body, such as Meditation, Yoga, Tai Chi, etc.)
