WK 4.1 Sensory Focus & The Effect of Everyday Stimulation
In the Week Seven Prep Episode of the Keyholder Meditation Course, we introduce the techniqueusing sight, sound, touch, taste and scent to in sensory focus processes to support our meditative state. And as for our application, we explore the effects of being stimulated and often over-stimulated in our everyday life.
