The Corona virus is a pandemic of as yet unknown severity but it is spreading rapidly. If you haven't begun preparing by stocking up on essential supplies you should get out there and do so before it becomes too late. While people are stocking up, the government is likely planning on property and supply confiscation in order to mitigate disruptions to the supply chain but confiscation is not Constitutional and violates the 4th and 5th Amendments to the US Constitution.
